3. Ask an Annex member or admin.

You don't have to do the application if you ask.
But there will be a quick try out.

If you are found to be a hacker or you have
a bad reputation, you will not be able to join Annex.

If you are in Annex, and caught hacking you will be
kicked out and never to be let in again.
